We offer 30-day returns for eligible items, starting from the date you receive the order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact
• Eligible for any reason (change of mind, etc.)

Non-Eligible Returns

• Used, damaged by customer, or altered items
• Requests after 30 days
• Unauthorized returns

Return Process

1. Contact customer support with your order number and reason
2. Await approval and receive return instructions
3. Ship the item back at your own expense (trackable shipping recommended)
